HOBBIES AND PERSONAL INTEREST

I love spending quality time with my family, especially my younger brother, who is one of the closest people to me, he is my constant support, and I love being with him. We love to spend time together listening to music (since he’s really into musical production) or watching movies, and also we love to play sports such as Basketball, Football, and Billiards; Although we are very close to each other, I also have my own spare time and own hobbies: Reading, going to the gym and learning about Stocks Trading is one of my favorite things to do. So almost every weekend, we go to our country house, and I enjoy going out for a walk with my mom, always in awe of the beauty of all the nature surrounding us. We even enjoy watching the sunset arrive, consistently delivering a beautiful view of the mountains and the green glow that emerge countryside here in Colombia.

I am a die-hard Football fan; hence I love watching football games and going to the stadium with friends and family. Since I was a baby, my family instilled in me the passion and love for the team I’ve always rooted for: Independiente Santa Fe. I’ve been through thick and thin with them, and I consider that this is a core part of who I am.

Finally, I consider that my style of play has a lot to do with those things that are also part of my life. I believe that great things come when you appreciate the moment, live daily with peace and passion for what you do, put in the work and the effort, and mix that with patience and blind trust in the process, and you will be happy! That’s what I like in my life, being happy and not taking anything for granted, living with passion and peace one day at a time.

DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS A PERSON

Getting to know me is interesting in all aspects. I consider myself a kind, honest, hardworking, close to God, and humble young man, and I’m not ashamed of helping others. I enjoy being useful for ordinary purposes. My school always taught us in their Catholic and Jesuit/Ignatian way of life, following the Magis (Be more to Service better). Also, I enjoyed taking part in active roles at school. I was part of the student council for several years, organizer of a few refugee aid campaigns alongside my school, Transparency Supervisor representative almost every year of High School, and lastly,  in my senior year, I was a Student Representative candidate. I finished 3rd out of 6 classmates, one great experience that allowed me to connect better with the board and with every other classmate in the school by listening to them and acting as a communication bridge to address some of the main concerns of students directly to the central teacher council.

I believe that every single thing mentioned above talks about my leadership traits, my care for the greater good, my responsibility, maturity, and the will to help, in my capacities, to work for a better environment overall, on top of always respecting others and treat them the way I would like to be treated.
